I have been working with the title of Data Scientist since 2020. I obtained Data Science certifications and took various courses (not all of them listed here). And as a life-long learner, I am currently enrolled in multiple courses.

• Project Management: Managing cross-functional teams and working with federal, state, and private sector entities. Managed implementation of new Identity and Access Management (IAM/SSO) solution for 47,000 users and achieved cost savings of 75%. Improved IT security compliance rate for the IRS Safeguards audit from 70% to 96% through new processes for effective communications, work assignments, and tracking of action items. Other projects include SSA Compliance; CJIS IT Security audit; FTI and CJIS trainings, Data Center Optimization; Office 365; and ITSM system incl. change management and ITIL 4 service management.
• Quality Management: Head of Quality Department until it was closed. Implemented new tracking process for 1014 documents. The number of up-to-date documents grew by 433%. Through new templates and work processes, the time required for the documentation and auditing of policies, standards, processes, and procedures dropped to about 50%. Served as senior officer in the AR chapter of ASQ and senior Baldrige examiner with the AR Institute for Performance Excellence.
• IT Governance: Lead development of agency strategic plan, consisting of 5 goals, 12 strategies, and 56 initiatives, using prioritization and decision-making techniques. Achieved complete alignment with the governor’s state strategic plan and initiatives.

Read more… Arkansas State University Three Rivers, Malvern, Arkansas • Lead the Business and Industry Advisory Committee and identified in-demand skills, both nationwide and in the local industry. As a result, I developed the new “Applied Computing” department with two tracks. 6 courses with high impact were greatly modified or added to align the curriculum with the needs analysis. Impact on internships and employment is expected to be high. • Courses taught: Cisco Networking Academy I and II (CCNA modules 1 through 4), UNIX/Linux and TCP/IP, Network Security (CompTIA Security+), Computer Repair (CompTIA A+), Advanced Network Hardware (CompTIA Network+), and Intro to Databases/SQL. All courses had labs.
